There’s a very specific window in a child’s life—roughly between ages 3 and 10—where they absorb the world around them like a sponge.

As a parent, I found myself constantly searching for activities to do with my kids that went deeper than standard schooling or traditional extracurriculars. I didn’t just want them busy; I wanted to connect with them on a deeper level—to really understand who they were becoming, rather than just signing them up for classes where I had no clear visibility into what they were actually learning.

So I started creating activities where we could explore, connect, and learn right alongside each other. Suddenly, we were baking rainbow muffins to learn about light spectrum, crafted fun paper circuits to understand electricity, and coded our own games rather than just playing them.

I loved those breakthrough moments—the exact second my child’s face lights up because a complex concept finally clicks. That is the moment learning transforms into an adventure they look forward to every week.

That spark is exactly what GROW 360° is built around.

Traditional schooling often expects young elementary students to sit still for hours, absorbing abstract concepts through one-dimensional teaching. Abstract concepts don’t stick; experiential moments do. I am passionate about encouraging the fun in learning and protecting the creativity in each one of our young ones.

I believe true confidence doesn’t come from empty encouragement alone. It comes from competence—from the empowering moment a student realizes, “I can actually do this.”
