Terms & Conditions

Welcome to GROW 360°! By registering your child for our classes, workshops, or camps, you (the “Parent/Guardian”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before completing your registration.

1. Registration and Payment

  • Payment Policy: We bill for 4 classes at a time. Full payment is required at the time of registration to reserve a student’s spot in a class or workshop. Spots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete emergency contact, medical, and allergy information during the checkout process.

2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Make-Up Classes

  • Cancellations by Parent:
    • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the start of a month will receive a full refund (minus a small processing fee, if applicable).
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% credit toward a future GROW 360 class, but no cash refunds will be issued due to materials being pre-purchased for your child.
  • Missed Classes: We offer 1 makeup session/month.
  • Cancellations by GROW 360°: If a class is canceled due to instructor illness, low enrollment, or severe weather, you will be notified as soon as possible and class will be rescheduled.

3. Student Behavior and Safety Code

GROW 360° is dedicated to providing a safe, respectful, and collaborative hands-on environment.

  • Students are expected to follow safety instructions regarding tools, materials, and equipment.
  • We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, physical aggression, or continuously disruptive behavior that prevents other children from learning.
  • Dismissal Policy: GROW 360° reserves the right to dismiss a student from a class or workshop if their behavior compromises the safety or well-being of themselves or others. In the rare event of a behavioral dismissal, no refunds will be issued.

4. Drop-Off and Pick-Up Policies

  • Punctuality: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before class start time and pick up your child promptly at the scheduled end time. Also, all library rules must be followed if the classes are held at libraries.
  • Late Pick-Up Fee: GROW 360° reserves the right to charge a late pick-up fee of $15 for every 15 minutes a parent is late, as our instructors often have consecutive classes or venue timelines to maintain.
  • Authorized Pick-Up: Children will only be released to the parents/guardians listed on the registration form. If someone else is picking up your child, you must notify the instructor in writing (email or text) prior to the start of class.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Curriculum and Materials: The concepts, lesson plans, worksheets, and instructional designs provided during GROW 360° classes are the intellectual property of GROW 360° LLC. They are intended solely for the personal, educational use of the registered student and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes or by outside educational entities without express written permission.

6. Changes to Terms

GROW 360° LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will apply to future registrations and will be updated clearly on our business website.
